Understand organization’s current and ongoing process. Patiently listen to caller’s queries / issues and understand it technically / process wise. IT deck for onboarding new employee. Address service desk tickets regarding hardware, software, networking, enterprise servers an d enterprise applications. Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical (L1) issues, refer internal KB articles to provide accurate solutions. Ability to quickly understand the root of reported IT issues.
