Job Posting: Team Leader - Merchant On boarding
Location: NCR
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role- We are looking for a dynamic Shop Onboarding Team Leader to manage a team of 20–30 onboarding specialists and ensure new shops/vendors are successfully activated on our platform. You will drive team performance, optimize onboarding workflows, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
Responsibilities-
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20–30 onboarding specialists.
- Oversee end-to-end shop onboarding and ensure SLAs are met.
- Monitor KPIs (accuracy, completion time, quality) and report on team performance.
- Improve onboarding processes, SOPs, and training materials.
- Handle escalations and collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Support to resolve issues.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all shops meet platform requirements.
- Qualifications3+ years’ experience in operations, onboarding, customer success, or vendor management.
- Experience managing large teams (15+ people).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- E-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus.
