Job Title Installation and Technical Support Executive Reports to Head – Operations Jobpurpose The job role of aninstallation and technical support executive is to handle and resolve queries/issues raised related to system and technology from field engineers. Person will also be responsible to complete the system configuration part for the new installations happening at the field. Duties and Responsibilities • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. • Attending incoming calls of engineers and vendors from the installation site to assist/guide them over installation procedure and BOQ. • Performing backend configuration(installation), testing and audit. • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and ensuring resolution. • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network/system configuration. • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions. • Remote technical assistance via phone, email, or chat. • Provide prompt and accurate solution to customers. • Prepare accurate and timely reports. • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. • Maintain jovial relationships with clients. Requirement andQualifications Education: UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization Skills • Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software's • Troubleshooting, software and hardware configuration • Candidate must be good with English and Hindi communication skills along with pleasing personality.
