Job Description
We are looking for Technical Candidates Roles & Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting technical issues related to our software. • Resolving network issues in OS. • Installing and configuring our software on clients’ systems. • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback. • Talk to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem. • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. • Communicating with the development team to get the issue resolved. • Supporting the roll-out of new applications. • Generate knowledge base articles based upon various common issues and solutions. • Managing multiple cases at one time. • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
