Job Description As a Field Applications Engineer (FAE), you will provide comprehensive sales and technical support for multiple applications and solutions to customers across India. Responsibilities: Understand and deliver a full range of solutions for different applications including component level systems, modular systems, and manufacturing resources. Ability to understand a customer’s needs and probe for answers, and then offer a solution and advocate that solution to the customer. Ability to relate to design engineers across many various applications and industries. Develop and deliver customer presentations, product introductions, and technical sales training to the inside sales team. Work with field sales engineers and marketing managers to develop and execute successful demand creation strategies for customers. Interface and collaborate with a number of internal resources, as well as supplier and 3rd party contacts when appropriate. Develop strong relationships with internal Field Sales Representatives and Customers. Qualifications Requirements: Minimum BSEE or the equivalent of 2 years of hands-on experience across major components of LED's, power management, and thermal management. 1-2 years design or applications engineering experience with Electronic Materials and technology. Diverse experience with major power and thermal management suppliers' products and technologies. Understanding of the thermal management and Sensors market forces and dynamics. Effective communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time. Approximate 35-40% travel required. The amount of travel will vary based on where the candidate resides. Field Application Engineer OR Techno Commercial Engineer Assist Customer To Understand All Products And Perform A Demo For Various Field Applications. Install And Configure The System And Perform Troubleshoot On The Process And Resolve Issues. Provide Technical Support To Customers And Configure Services. For Electronics Companies, A Bachelor's In Electronic Engineering May Be Required. Must Have Sales Experience In Electronic And Electric Components Automotive Semiconductor Relays Sensors Thermal Management Electromechanical
