Novatta is hiring Laptop and Desktop hardware repair engineers for world top brands for at above location Job responsibilities • Engineer will receive call android base apk installed on their mobile, they need to inform customer in morning as per ETA fixed with customer & start for call with carrying parts along them. Engineer will carry parts in box & need to return back at drop point in same packaging. • All the process is automated/online-real-time, so engineer need to carry Android phone having 8MP autofocused camera with internet connectivity & GPS enable, on which calls will be assigned & all activity till closure will be on mobile apk. Education Graduate/3Year Diploma/B-Tech. Certification: MCP/MTA in candidate’s name is must. Phone: Android phone with min. 8MP Camera Experience: 1-5 years of experience in repairing hardware, maintenance/troubleshooting & diagnosis of Laptop, Desktops and AIO. Fresher are also welcome
