Roles and Responsibilities 1. Strong verbal communication skills. 2. 0-3 Years’ Experience (Preferred Telesales of Life Insurance, banking, share market and other sales experience). 3. Team work ability. 4. Maintain healthily work environment. 5. Maintain Reports and records. 6. Basic Knowledge of Insurance, Income Tax, Share-market and Banking related investment plans. 7. Responsible for Sourcing and after sourcing process of business. 8. Ability of negotiation & convince, generate good number of leads and make strong pipe line. 9. Calls Handling. 10. Knowledge of MS Office. 11. Responsible for sourcing, login and issuance and renewals. 12. Understand shortcomings and provide appropriate solutions. 13. Good team player. 14. Lead generation. 15. Managing team and its issues. 16. Problem solving. 17. Responsible for target achievement of team. 18. Ability for work individually. 19. Monitor sales result. 20. Maintain day to day team operation and performance. 21. Co-ordinate with different department for business purpose. 22. Promote sales, find new customers, and achieve targets within given span of time to generate revenue.
