We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller – Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain products/services.
• Follow up with existing leads and update them in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or product demos.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain records of calls, client details, and follow-ups.
• Support backend documentation and proposal generation.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and polite phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM knowledge is a plus).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
