Inquiry Generation, Sales follow-up, Negotiation, Order finalization, Client handling and collections. Develop long-term relationships with clients/ architects/pmc/ interior contractors by providing them with the best of products & services which in turn helps in repeat orders and references. Monitoring competitor activity; analyzing market trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs. Meeting Sales Targets & Conducting presentations and Product Demonstrations Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Handle customers inbound and outbound calls. Client acquisition including negotiation and on-boarding. Regular follow-ups with Prospects. Visit client whenever it will be required. Maintaining accurate record. Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Must have a fair understanding of Interior Designing and measurement concepts for better understanding and closures
