Responsibilities of candidates include: • Inform customers about company's products/services and offers • Manage inbound customer calls in a timely manner • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible • Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dial-er systems Job Location: JMD Megapolis Sohna Road Sector 48, Gurgaon (Harayana) Night Shift Timing: 9 PM to 6 AM Pickup and drop service available on Huda City Center Metro Station. Qualification- any graduate or under graduate Experience- Minimum 1 year experience in hard core sales usa (pref. candidates –home security campaign) Salary- Depending on the last drawn and interview(avg salary 25,000/-) Interview- Telephonic and walking (2 round) Note: 1) Selected candidates will have a 7 days on job training candidates have low performance in OJT will be terminated at same point of time. 2) No fresher allowed in this batch. 3) Company can switch these employees to their other campaigns as well, as per the employee’s capability 4) This is the pilot batch so we need candidates with excellent communication skills and work ethics.
