🎯 Mission:The Tele caller will serve as a key partner to our executive team, managing critical administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting strategic initiatives. 🌟 Key Responsibilities:πŸ“… 1. Administrative Support:βœ… Manage and coordinate the CEO/COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

βœ… Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and key documents.

βœ… Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.

βœ… Ensure the CEO/COO is prepared for all meetings and engagements with timely briefings and supporting materials.

πŸ“’ 2. Communication:βœ… Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO/COO.

βœ… Draft, proofread, and send correspondence, emails, and other official communications.

βœ… Facilitate effective communication between the CEO/COO and senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.

βœ… Manage and filter incoming communications, prioritizing critical matters.

πŸš€ 3. Project Coordination:βœ… Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives led by the CEO/COO.

βœ… Track project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

βœ… Provide administrative support to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
