π― Mission:The Tele caller will serve as a key partner to our executive team, managing critical administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting strategic initiatives. π Key Responsibilities:π 1. Administrative Support:β Manage and coordinate the CEO/COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
β Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and key documents.
β Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
β Ensure the CEO/COO is prepared for all meetings and engagements with timely briefings and supporting materials.
π’ 2. Communication:β Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO/COO.
β Draft, proofread, and send correspondence, emails, and other official communications.
β Facilitate effective communication between the CEO/COO and senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.
β Manage and filter incoming communications, prioritizing critical matters.
π 3. Project Coordination:β Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives led by the CEO/COO.
β Track project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
β Provide administrative support to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
π 4. Confidentiality and Discretion:β Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
β Exercise sound judgment and discretion when managing the flow of information.
π’ 5. Office Management:β Maintain an organized and efficient office environment for the executive team.
β Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
β Oversee office-related administrative tasks and support the broader team as needed.
π Experience and Qualifications:π Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
π Experience: 6 Months of experience as a Tele caller, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
π Proven ability to support C-level executives with a high degree of professionalism.
β‘ Key Skills and Requirements:π» Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
π£οΈ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
π§ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
β³ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
π€ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
π Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO/COO and act accordingly.
