The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing sales over the phone, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Main Responsibilities: • Contact potential clients via telephone and email to promote our products and services • Build and maintain relationships with clients through ongoing communication • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction • Reach and exceed sales targets • Provide accurate and timely feedback to management regarding sales performance • Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge Other Responsibilities: • Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business • Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance • Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken Qualifications: • Proven sales experience, with a track record of closing sales over the phone • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Positive and confident attitude • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus / we will provide training • Must be able to work flexible hours
