Job Description and Responsibilities (Tickting) • Extensive knowledge of ticketing- Issuance of all type of fares, Net, publish, private & discounted fares • Make outbound calls to airlines, GDS to fix ticketing related issues (Amadeus or Galileo) • Contribute in maximizing the revenue by providing alternative flight option to customer Control on debit memos and errors. • Follow all process related guidelines as stated in training documents • Check fare expiry cases and action before deadline.
