Position/Designation: UO/Sr UO( Utility operator) Reports to: Store Manager administrative / TA/TE ( Technically) Position Purpose:- To assist/ work hands on/repairing equipment/ Preventive maintenance / coordinate all the jobs requiring technical skills related to maintenance of building/ plant/ machinery/ technical responsibility of McDonald’s restaurants through in-house resources or assigned service providers with the help of TA/TE. Day-to-day functioning: Reporting to store manager for daily schedule and other activity , further shall be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of building/ plant/ machinery/ technical support for assigned job to him and provides timely, cost effective and lasting solution to breakdowns with the help respected TA/TE. In addition to fill up daily checklist and is responsible to track utility consumption of the restaurant.
