Designation-Valuation Database Finalizer / Assistant Technical manager Department-Real Estate Retail Valuations Position (New / Replacement)- New Type (Permanent/Contract)- Permanent Location- Sector-62, Noida Reporting- Team Leader Qualification / Preferred Background • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Architecture / Planning / Science / Management with Master's in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Architecture / Planning / Science / Management / Valuations and Interest in Real Estate. • Understanding of technical aspects of Buildings, i.e., Drawings, Bye Laws, Master plans, Development Policies and deviations. • Strong background in Building Plan analysis & real estate financial analysis is desirable. • Knowledge and ability apply technical aspects to finalize valuations. Experience- 1-5 Years Proposed CTC- Rs.3.0 Lakhs per annum (Candidates with relevant experience (valuation Field) will be compensated higher) Functional Area- Real Estate Valuation Report Preparation / Finalization Job Description Reading property papers and analysis title and technical building deviations along-with associated legal issues. Value Real Estate Assets with the help of feedback from secondary sources, real estate brokers and field staff. Prepare and Finalize valuation reports for the financial institutions and other clients. Answer queries of Clients on the valuations carried out. Prepare / Maintain database for the past projects done by the company. Manage a team of Real Estate Valuation Engineers and Data operators as and when desired by the team leader Desired Profile • The candidate should have interest in Real Estate assets, valuation of properties and should be good with number crunching. • Good communication skills (written and spoken), Knowledge of MS-Office Good report writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with positive and flexible attitude.
