Video Editor

Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the company’s vision and marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video editing software, have a strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

• Key Responsibilities:Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Add music, voice-overs, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual effects as required.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Trim footage segments and ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
• Color correct, stabilize, and enhance video quality.
• Manage and organize digital assets, project files, and backups.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, techniques, and social media formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.).
• Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Knowledge of audio mixing and basic animation techniques.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience with color grading and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with photography and camera equipment.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.
