Job Description The Visa Filing Officer will provide free professional advice and guidance to clients interested in traveling to Europe, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries. He/She will work to specific targets set by the Office Head and his/her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated towards the work. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Filling the visa forms and updating clients regarding any discrepancies Handle client interactions and queries related to Visa applications for Europe, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, USA & Europe. Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct. Effectively manage client queries through phone, email and in-person. Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of applications sent for admission. Oversee the completion of all relevant visa on time. Liaising with clients, other offices and client Requirements. Undertaking project work as decided by the Office Management. Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
