• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. • Maintains warehouse labour by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintains warehouse labour job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area • Determine staffing levels and assign workload. • Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems. • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. • Daily report mail like inward, outward, rejection should be done. • Responsible for warehouse assets like Carate, shorting table, etc. • Delivery of quality product to customer will be under your responsibility.
