Job Description for Warranty In-charge / Manager We are looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Work experience- 00-04 years Candidate should be from Automobile Industry. Job Purpose: The Warranty Manager will be responsible to analyze warranty data and status, complaint processing, regulate customer and supplier claims recourse, track and implement corrective actions, and lead and control processing of warranty related tasks. Roles and Responsibilities for Warranty Manager tasks that you must check: • Document, validate, and resolve warrant claims, and communicate with customers. • Should know how to work on TATA Motors CRM Software. • Daily reports for the same on customer interactions and warranty claims. • A Warranty In-charge manages warranty claims and spare parts replaced under warranty. • He is responsible for taking all major warranty decisions as per the Warranty, AMC and Free Service Claims in TASS. • The individual should provide information on warranty policies and supervise both the replacement of failed parts/ aggregates replaced under warranty as well as disposal of the same. Skills: • Fluent in Microsoft Excel and other Office Products • Computer savvy and should have a keen interest in understanding data and analytics • Should know how to communicate properly and know how to be responsive • Customer Satisfaction • Warranty claims Knowledge Qualification - B. Tech in Mechanical engineering / Diploma in Mechanical engineering/ITI Mechanical Engineering. Vacancies – 06 Salary Bracket- 20k to 25k
