Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Handle payroll calculations and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Prepare tax filings and support tax-related documentation
- Generate financial reports for management as needed
