Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for SKY RC PRIVATE LIMITED, a leading company specializing in drone products and services. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will handle queries, provide order-related support, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers. In this role, you will assist customers with drone-related inquiries, resolve complaints regarding delayed deliveries or damaged products, and coordinate with internal teams to provide fast and efficient resolutions. You will also maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Customer Query Management:

Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.

Order Support:

Assist customers in placing orders on the website.

Provide updates on shipping, delivery status, and order tracking.

Complaint Resolution:

Address issues related to delayed delivery, wrong products, or damaged items.

Ensure claims (like refunds, returns, or replacements) are processed as per company policy.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain logs of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer satisfaction and query resolution.

Internal Coordination:

Coordinate with the operations, shipping, and technical teams for faster resolution of customer concerns.
