Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are a leading panel manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and proactive Service / Customer Relationship Manager. The role involves handling customer complaints, understanding issues, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring timely resolutions. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, technically aware, and able to manage service requests professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer complaints via phone, email, and onsite (if required).
• Understand technical issues related to electrical panels and coordinate with service/production teams.
• Provide quick and effective solutions to clients.
• Maintain service logs, complaint records, and closure reports.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate for warranty, AMC, and service visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in electrical panels / LV panels / control panels service (preferred).
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, CRM).
