Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Personal Loan Verification Executives to join our BPO team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer details, validating documentation, and ensuring smooth processing of personal loan applications. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound and receive inbound calls to verify customer information for personal loans.
- Validate documents such as ID proof, income proof, address proof, etc.
- Ensure accuracy of customer details by cross-checking with provided data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks/financial partners for clarification.
- Update verification results in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance and quality guidelines.
- Meet daily/weekly verification targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Skills & Requirements:Good verbal communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Attention to detail and strong ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to handle customer calls and document verification confidently.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
- Freshers and candidates from BPO/telecalling backgrounds are welcome.
