Job Description
Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Salesman)
Company: Nidhi Decor
Location: Dombivli
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Timing: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Breaks: 45 Minutes Lunch Break (Included)
Monthly Leaves: 4
Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers
- Explain product details, pricing & offers
- Maintain store display, cleanliness & product arrangement
- Coordinate with billing and installation teams
- Maintain customer satisfaction and support
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Basic product understanding (home décor preferred)
