Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate new leads, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, increasing sales, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and business prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with potential customers and close deals.
- Prepare sales reports and business development plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
