1. Candidate should be from AEC Sector r background. He will be responsible for following:

·        Meeting prospective clients from AEC sector,·for PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT WORK AND BIM SERVICES

 The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the pre-sales process within the AEC industry and have proven experience working in international markets AS BIM and PMC services

Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns via email marketing and phone calls to prospective clients in the Asia,US, UK, EUR, Middle East and Australia · Getting information about new projects ·        

Arranging for presentations

 Prepare Proposals, participate in negotiations and report to MD on the developments

· Draft Contract Agreements and get the approval from MD

·  Represent RCPC Pvt lTD on behalf of MD, in Client Meetings for prospective new Projects

·    Should have excellent communication skills, Liason effectively with all stakeorder MD/ PARTNER/DIRECTOR/LEAD) ACROSS THE GEOGRAPHY

   Willing to travel any location in order to get information regarding new projects ·

Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations to clients.

Understand the pre-sales process specific to the AEC industry to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
