Accountant

• 📊 About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial health of our service hubs. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing GST filings, and ensuring that our daily branch collections are reconciled perfectly.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Record all sales, service income, and expenses using Tally Prime.
• Taxation: Prepare and process monthly GST returns and ensure TDS compliance.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations for all iPromax branches.
• Reporting: Generate weekly Profit & Loss summaries and expense analysis reports for management.
• Vendor Management: Handle payments to spare part suppliers and manage utility bills.
• ✅ RequirementsEducation: B.Com or M.Com degree.
• Software Expertise: High proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience, ideally in a retail or service-based industry.
• Accuracy: High level of integrity and "zero-error" mentality in data entry.

• Standard Shift: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
• Lunch Break: 30 Minutes (Rotating schedule to ensure counter coverage)
• Tea Break: 15 Minutes (Morning and Evening)
