We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate must be efficient in handling end-to-end recruitment processes and possess strong communication skills in English, and Malayalam.

Location : Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop job postings and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new employees.
• Support HR activities such as employee engagement, documentation, and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (educational sector experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, and Malayalam.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
