Role Requirement: Senior CRM Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Sunrise Hospital, Kakkanad, Kochi

KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)

• Manage patient and hospital-team relationships effectively.
• Counsel patients on CareFi finance eligibility and process.
• Explain finance workflow, NACH, mandate, and LBA procedures.
• Drive patient conversion for medical finance and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Handle queries related to services, finance, discharge, and reimbursement.
• Upload documents and manage discharge and reimbursement cases on the portal.
• Ensure completion of consent forms, mandates, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with the insurance team and internal departments for approvals.
• Maintain workflow and process adherence until case closure.
• Manage documentation, follow-ups, and dispatch smoothly.

Brief KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

• High conversion rate of patient finance cases.
• Quick TAT for documentation and overall process steps.
• Customer satisfaction through effective query resolution.
• Accurate and timely processing of mandate/NACH/LBA.
• Error-free handling of reimbursement cases.
• Zero documentation errors and strong process compliance.
• Efficient coordination with insurance and internal teams.
• Case closure and dispatch completion within defined timelines.
