Job Description
📞 About the RoleThe Telecaller is the "Voice of iPromax." You ensure that no customer is left in the dark. Your role is focused on relationship management—updating customers on their repairs, following up on leads, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction after the service is completed.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Status Updates: Call customers to inform them about technical diagnoses, estimated costs, and completion times.
- Lead Follow-up: Reach out to people who inquired via the website or WhatsApp to convert them into service bookings.
- Post-Service Feedback: Conduct "Happy Calls" to customers after their repair is delivered to ensure the device is working perfectly.
- Complaint Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer grievances and escalate them to the Manager if necessary.
✅ Requirements
Voice Quality: Clear, polite, and persuasive speaking voice.
- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette in Malayalam.
- Resilience: Ability to handle multiple calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience: 1+ year in a calling or customer service role is preferred.
