We are seeking a motivated Tele-calling Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our mortgage loan services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to offer mortgage loan products and services.
• Provide detailed information about various mortgage options, including interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria.
• Answer client queries and address concerns related to mortgage loans.
• Schedule appointments for clients to meet with loan officers or mortgage consultants.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they are progressing through the loan application process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and status in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service, preferably in the financial or mortgage industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
