Job Description
Marketsof1 is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to support lead generation and customer engagement activities through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves communicating with potential customers, explaining services, and maintaining accurate call records.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided data
Explain company services and answer customer queries professionally
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up with interested customers and maintain communication records
Update customer information in CRM or internal systems
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory
Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Degree qualification preferred
