Job Description

As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce them to our website development and digital marketing services. You will generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and support the sales team in closing deals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Research and gather information on potential clients and businesses that may benefit from our services.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our website development and digital marketing services.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and provide relevant information about our services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals.
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from existing and potential clients.
  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about our services, pricing, and packages.
  • Maintain and update the database of leads and customer information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our services.
  • Keep track of follow-up schedules and ensure timely communication.
  • Prepare and present reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market trends.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate/MBA

Experience: 1 - 2 Years (Freshers with good communiaction can also Apply)
