We shoot pre-weddings, weddings, influencers, music videos, and premium content across India. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled, passionate professionals.

• 🎥 Position: Photographer / Videographer🔸 Key ResponsibilitiesShoot pre-weddings, weddings, haldi, mehendi, and other events.
• Capture high-quality photos and cinematic videos using professional gear.
• Operate gimbals, lights, drones (if experienced).
• Follow the creative vision and maintain Rare Production’s signature style.
• Coordinate with the creative team, makeup artists, and clients on shoot day.
• Manage and back up data properly after every shoot.
• Ensure timely reporting and professionalism on set.
• Take responsibility for equipment safety and handling.
• Maintain energy and a client-friendly attitude throughout the shoot.
• 🔸 RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years experience in wedding or event photography/videography.
• Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, composition, lighting, and camera settings.
• Hands-on experience with gimbals (Ronin/Crane) for video shooters.
• Knowledge of basic editing (Lightroom / Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Ability to work long hours and travel for shoots.
• Strong communication, discipline, and team coordination skills.
• Must deliver consistent quality under pressure.
