Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a sincere and responsible Salesman who can help us in running the store smoothly and handle customers professionally. Full training for tiles and bathroom fittings will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:1. Day-to-Day Store Operations

• Opening and closing the store on time
• Keeping the store clean, organised and presentable
• Making sure displays look neat and updated

2. Customer Handling

• Greeting customers and understanding their requirements
• Showing products, explaining features, and guiding them to the right choice
• Building trust and helping customers finalise their purchase

3. Inventory Management

• Checking stock regularly
• Keeping a record of incoming and outgoing material
• Informing the owner/manager about low stock or requirements

4. B2B Sales (Builders, Contractors, Architects, etc.)

• Building relations with business clients
• Following up with them for enquiries and orders
• Assisting in bulk deals

5. B2C Sales (Walk-in Customers)

• Assisting walk-in customers with product selection
• Explaining price, quality, and usage details
• Ensuring good customer experience
