About the Role:We’re hiring a Vendor Procurement Executive who will be one of the starting members of our procurement and vendor development team.

Your job is to build strong partnerships with vendors from all categories — materials, machinery, professionals, and properties — and help them onboard on our platform.

As ECS expands city by city, you’ll play a key role in developing our vendor network and franchise supply chain.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard vendors across all ECS categories — material suppliers, machinery owners, professionals, and property developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and service reliability.
• Verify vendor documents, product quality, and listing details before uploading on the app.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and accounts teams for vendor management.
• Conduct field visits when needed to meet suppliers and promote ECS services.
• Maintain vendor data, track onboarding progress, and prepare weekly reports.
• Qualification & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or B2B development.
• Good understanding of the construction or building material industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
• Energetic, self-driven, and ready to grow with a startup.
