Job Description
Restaurant Captain – Chilli & Cheese, Gandhinagar
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to manage floor operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise waiters and service staff
• Welcome guests and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
• Maintain service quality, hygiene, and restaurant standards
• Train and guide team members during shifts
• Monitor table management and smooth restaurant operations
Requirements:
• 1 plus year of experience in a restaurant or café
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts
Location: Chilli & Cheese, West 12, Siddhraj Z Square, Gandhinagar
