Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Process and update customer home loan applications with various banks
- Review and verify documents against bank checklists, identifying and addressing any gaps.
- Collaborate with consultants to gather missing documents and resolve discrepancies.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our MIS/CRM systems.
- Monitor the progress of applications, providing timely updates to relevant parties.
- Assist with loan-related inquiries to support a seamless customer experience.
