English Teacher (Junior Kids)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative English Teacher for junior kids (ages 2–6 years) who can build a strong foundation in language development through storytelling, activities, and interactive learning. The teacher should create a nurturing and engaging environment that encourages children to express themselves confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach basic English skills including vocabulary, speaking, and early writing
• Use interactive methods like stories, rhymes, games, and activities to make learning fun
• Develop children’s listening and communication skills
• Encourage confidence in speaking English through daily conversations
• Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans
• Conduct reading readiness activities
• Monitor and track each child’s progress and development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s progress
• Organize classroom materials and learning resources

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Patience, creativity, and love for working with young children
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to make learning fun and engaging
• Basic understanding of early childhood development

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (preferably English or Education)
• NTT / ECCEd / Montessori training (preferred)
• Prior experience with preschool or junior kids is a plus
