Inside Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and promoting company products/services to maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to clients and provide customized solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales deals in alignment with company policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, promotional events, and client meetings as required.
