Medical Representative (MR)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Representative with a strong background in field sales, specifically in ethical and generic medicines (preference to ethical medicine experience). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dealing with medical stores and possess strong market connections within the Ghaziabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell ethical and generic medicines to medical stores and healthcare retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists, distributors, and key market stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability at designated outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits across Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Noida, and nearby areas.
• Provide daily field reports and update market insights to the management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client relations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in medical stores, preferably in ethical medicines.
• Strong network and connections in Ghaziabad medical market.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
