Pest Control Technical Executive – Role & ResponsibilitiesA Pest Control Technical Executive is responsible for overseeing and executing pest management operations to ensure safe, effective, and compliant service delivery. The role combines fieldwork, technical expertise, customer handling, and adherence to company standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct site inspections to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Prepare service reports, inspection findings, and pest risk assessments.
• Execute pest control treatments as per company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain pest control equipment, tools, and chemicals.
• Provide technical guidance to clients regarding preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., chemical usage, PPE).
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and complete service visits.
• Attend customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain documentation such as service records, Contract IDs/SIPC IDs, and other operational data.
• Train field staff or technicians when required.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of pest biology, chemicals, and treatment methods.
• Ability to conduct scientific inspections and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Understanding of safety norms and compliance.
• Minimum qualification: typically a science background is preferred (optional depending on company).
