We are hiring dynamic and motivated Telecaller Loan Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining various loan products such as home loans and personal loans, detailing associated charges, and closing deals effectively.  

*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Contact potential clients via calls  

- Pitch home loans and personal loan products  

- Explain product features, benefits, and charges clearly  

- Address customer queries and provide solutions  

- Close sales and achieve targets  

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions  

*Requirements:*  

- Good communication and negotiation skills  

- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services (preferred)  

- Ability to handle rejection and work towards targets  

- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus  

*Compensation:*  

- [12000-15000] + Performance-based incentives
