Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with strong communication and sales skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in lead conversion, sales negotiation, and follow-up communication. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting our offerings, and ensuring successful conversions. Additionally, you should be able to draft professional emails, collect customer feedback, and work with a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into customers
  • Handle sales discussions and negotiate effectively
  • Draft clear and professional emails for communication
  • Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and customer records
  • Gather and report customer feedback for process improvement
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Strong email writing and documentation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
