Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate sales opportunities, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers via phone, email, and online meetings.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact existing and potential customers to generate business opportunities.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Collect and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and update them on order status, new products, and company developments.
• Send emails, quotations, product information, and promotional materials to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Attend customer meetings when required.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Professional email writing skills.
• Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.

• Preferred Candidate:Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, industrial products, or customer relationship management.
• Confident in communicating with customers over phone and email.
