Job Description
• Supervise daily production activities at the factory
• Ensure production targets and timelines are achieved efficiently
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, packaging, and dispatch teams
• Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational SOP compliance
• Maintain production records, batch tracking, and reporting systems
• Handle manpower allocation and workforce coordination on the shop floor
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Ensure product quality consistency across batches
• Coordinate with management for production planning and execution
• Support new product trials and production scale-up activities
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and smooth factory operations
