Logistics Executive

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations from factory to customer warehouses

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for shipment planning and execution

• Track shipments continuously from dispatch till inwarding at customer warehouses

• Take and manage warehouse appointments for deliveries

• Coordinate appointment rescheduling in case of warehouse capacity constraints or delays

• Ensure material is inwarded within the PO validity timelines

• Resolve dispatch, transit, appointment, and warehouse-related operational issues proactively

• Coordinate with customer warehouse managers and supply chain teams

• Maintain dispatch MIS, tracking sheets, inwarding reports, and operational dashboards

• Prepare detailed Excel reports and maintain accurate shipment records

• Follow up on pending inwardings, PODs, and transporter updates

• Work closely with internal factory, production, accounts, and sales teams for smooth dispatch planning

• Ensure timely communication and escalation of operational bottlenecks

• Build strong working relationships with logistics vendors and warehouse teams
