Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: • coordinate front desk activities • distributing correspondence • Guiding people and solving their queries Roles & Responsibility are as mentioned below but not limited to 1. Operate from site in shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd & General) as per duty roster. And be available 24X7 on call for any emergency or support required 2. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email 3. follow standard help desk procedures 4. log all help desk interactions on help desk software 5. follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues 6. Redirect problems to correct resource 7. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention 8. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions 9. Prepare reports and submit to manger. Maintain a web based online call log register with required Ticket details 10. Inform manager on recurring problems 11. Ensure tickets are assigned to concern team to get them attended in 10 min as per TAT
