Responsibilities Promote and sell all aspects of Kadence music business and musical instruments Advise customer using specialist knowledge of the products Help customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records Process payments of purchase; process cash, UPI, digital payment Apps or card payments Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer Promote customer loyalty Participate in all areas of the store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance Work as a team in a sales presentation to overcome customers' objections and close additional sales Should be able to play at least one musical instrument to a reasonable standard in order to give a product demo Desired Skills & Experience Should have sound knowledge of the products (musical instruments) in the store Required strong selling skill (cross/up) The ability to work as part of a team and independently Good communication and people skills Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility 1-3 years of relevant work experience (preferably at a musical instruments retail store) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
