Responsibilities of candidate include: • can do task assignment to other team members • manage schedules • Will have to work with senior officials to know targets and follow up with team members • need to prepare daily reports. Roles & Responsibility are as mentioned below but not limited to 1. Manage building of 4 floors for all electrical systems like UPS, LT panel, HT panel, Battery Bank, HVAC, AHU etc. 2. Operate from site in general shift. And be available 24X7 on call for any emergency or support required 3. Make duty roster for site team and ensure all 3 shifts are manned by electrician 4. Keep records of consumption, handover register, attendance, spares used, trainings, daily log sheets etc 5. Preparing daily report and sharing 6. Ensure all breakdown calls are attended in 10 min and permanent solution is provided 7. Manage entire building as a in charge and ensure 0 escalations 8. Carry out PPM of all equipment’s in house with available manpower & maintain records for the same 9. Take walk through in regular intervals and ensure facility is maintained as per standard 10. Coordinate with vendor for any breakdown / PPM
